Service Description
Even the strongest draft can miss the mark if it isn’t compliant, clear, and compelling. Many small businesses already have a proposal written but need expert eyes to catch gaps, strengthen messaging, and polish the final product before submission. Our Proposal Review & Fix Service provides a professional evaluation of your draft proposal or key sections. We review for compliance, structure, and clarity, then provide written feedback with suggested improvements. Clients also receive tracked changes in the document and, if desired, a 30-minute consult call to walk through the recommendations. Turnaround is typically 2–3 business days, making this an affordable and fast way to elevate your submission without committing to a full proposal package. Flat Fee $300 for proposals under 30 pages. $400 for proposals up to 60 pages. $500 for proposals 61+ pages. Payment Policy Clients may pay online in full at the time of booking, or choose to pay by invoice. For invoice payments, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is due within 48 hours of booking confirmation. The remaining balance will be invoiced upon delivery of the completed review.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Payment Policy We are committed to making your experience smooth, professional, and fair. The following policies apply to all sessions, packages, and project services. Booking All sessions and services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Single sessions require full payment at the time of booking. Packages may be paid in full online or secured by invoice. For invoice payments, a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the package price is due within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Remaining balances will be invoiced weekly based on hours completed. Multi-session packages and prepaid hour blocks are valid for up to 12 months from purchase unless otherwise noted. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, will be counted as completed and are non-refundable. Prepaid sessions or packages not used within the 12-month validity period are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled bookings if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Waitlist If a time slot is full, you may join the waitlist. If a space opens, you will receive an email notification and will have 12 hours to confirm. Waitlist spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Refunds Because time and preparation are reserved for each client, all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment or session credit will remain valid during your 12-month package or project period.
