The Proposal Ops Session is designed to help you build a simple, sustainable system that keeps proposals compliant, organized, and on time—without the overhead of a full-time proposal department. In this one-on-one session, we’ll review your current workflow, identify gaps in scheduling and compliance, and recommend tools, templates, or habits that save hours and reduce stress. You’ll leave with a practical action plan to improve your capacity to bid more effectively. This service is hands-on and tailored to your business. Whether you’re a one-person team or managing multiple contributors, you’ll walk away with structure and confidence that your proposals are ready for submission. Session Options Light Ops Session – $85 A 30-minute call focused on quick wins and immediate improvements for your proposal process. Best for small teams or owners looking for fast, actionable fixes. Full Ops Session – $150 A 60-minute session that includes a deeper review of your workflow, an action plan with three to five recommended improvements, and suggestions for templates or tools to keep your proposals organized. Payment Policy Clients may pay online in full at the time of booking, or choose to pay by invoice. For invoice payments, full payment must be made within 48 hours of booking confirmation in order to hold the session time.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Payment Policy We are committed to making your experience smooth, professional, and fair. The following policies apply to all sessions, packages, and project services. Booking All sessions and services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Single sessions require full payment at the time of booking. Packages may be paid in full online or secured by invoice. For invoice payments, a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the package price is due within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Remaining balances will be invoiced weekly based on hours completed. Multi-session packages and prepaid hour blocks are valid for up to 12 months from purchase unless otherwise noted. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, will be counted as completed and are non-refundable. Prepaid sessions or packages not used within the 12-month validity period are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled bookings if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Waitlist If a time slot is full, you may join the waitlist. If a space opens, you will receive an email notification and will have 12 hours to confirm. Waitlist spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Refunds Because time and preparation are reserved for each client, all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment or session credit will remain valid during your 12-month package or project period.
