Service Description

Coordinating a proposal can be overwhelming—schedules, task reminders, file management, and endless versions. For small businesses without a dedicated proposal team, these logistics drain valuable time and can lead to missed deadlines. Our Proposal Coordinator service keeps your proposal effort organized and on track. While your team focuses on writing and solution content, we handle the behind-the-scenes coordination that ensures deadlines are met, files stay organized, and contributors know what’s expected. Packages Kickoff Support – $520 We set up the initial schedule, compliance tracker, and version control system. Best for teams that need structure at the start of a proposal but plan to manage the process internally. Ongoing Coordination – $1,240 We provide recurring coordination throughout the proposal, tracking assignments, sending reminders, and managing versions. Best for small teams juggling multiple contributors or deadlines. Full Coordination Partner – $2,340 We manage coordination from kickoff to submission, handling schedules, reviews, file control, and deadline tracking. Best for teams that need consistent, end-to-end support but not full proposal management. Hourly Option $55/hour (2-hour minimum). Best for short-term coordination support or when the scope is uncertain. Payment Policy Clients may pay online in full at the time of booking, or choose to pay by invoice. For invoice payments, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is due within 48 hours of booking confirmation. The remaining balance will be invoiced weekly based on work completed.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Payment Policy We are committed to making your experience smooth, professional, and fair. The following policies apply to all sessions, packages, and project services. Booking All sessions and services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Single sessions require full payment at the time of booking. Packages may be paid in full online or secured by invoice. For invoice payments, a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the package price is due within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Remaining balances will be invoiced weekly based on hours completed. Multi-session packages and prepaid hour blocks are valid for up to 12 months from purchase unless otherwise noted. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or no-shows, will be counted as completed and are non-refundable. Prepaid sessions or packages not used within the 12-month validity period are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled bookings if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Waitlist If a time slot is full, you may join the waitlist. If a space opens, you will receive an email notification and will have 12 hours to confirm. Waitlist spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Refunds Because time and preparation are reserved for each client, all payments are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment or session credit will remain valid during your 12-month package or project period.
